HLM helped us take over Right To Manage on our development of 30 flats in six blocks 12 months ago. The help and assistance provided by them, and in particular Dave Evans was immeasurable. When the Freeholder deliberately left us without insurance upon acquisition Dave arranged emergency cover the same day. Instead of 65% of our service charge being spent on Freeholders inflated insurance and high management fees we now have money to spend on our blocks as a result of HLM’s buying power and negotiation with service providers.
